We are past inflation, shrinkflation, trueflation, etc.
With me being so entrenched in the decentralized and bitcoin world, my wife has become more and more aware of this side of the world and the underbelly of the fiat world.
She just now calls the latest instances of smaller sizes/cutbacks, quality downgrades, and prices changes (always higher!) as just simply
"trash-flation" 🤣🤷‍♂️😆

It stores the longterm value of your money MUCH better than the dollar. Opening up the possibility of not having to live paycheck to paycheck. And THAT is what opens you to finding what your heart and mind REALLY care about, and where you eventually want to spend your newfound time. Its a slow grind, but at least theres light at the end of that tunnel, instead of a collapsed tunnel exit from a deteriorated fiat dollar ponzi scheme for the rich....🙄
