Move things away you might break when you thrash about.

I use a regular garlic press into a baggy > squeeze the liquid into a corner (it's easier to use an eye dropper) > cut a tiny hole in the corner > lay on my back with head hanging off bed > three drops into each nostril > set the baggy down in a safe place (to keep from throwing it) > snort deep inside and try to keep laying on your back.

You may scream and thrash about.
Leave in for a couple minutes. Blow nose.
