I am buying our first horse in December 🥹 baby will be born sometimes in December if god allows

I train western rodeo barrels style since a while now and my daughter is riding since she is 18mo. It will be hers to grow up with.

I had to take half of a serving the last days because my body was just in cleansing loco mode - pero bueno.

Also since then my daughter is doing 1.5-2hours nap and 11hours at night 🤌

She is in fact still asleep and this is a 11.5hours night as I am writing this lol

• 1 small pea-sized amount of shilajit resin (or ¼ tsp shilajit powder)
• ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for spice tolerance)
