When I become El Presidente, I will require every harem anime to have at least one (1) episode dedicated to turning the male lead into a shota by whatever means appropriate to the story (magic, technology, chemical accident, or dream) and have his girls react accordingly.

"It was suggested to me that it would be easier to get boys to come to me for data gathering if I offered a service to my expertise, namely a 'backdoor clinic'. Boys injure themselves all the time with how active they are, and don't want their parents informed, so they come to me for a consultation.
