Try noodle salad the next time 😃, but maybe to many carbs for diner.
Advantage is you can precook the noodles and make some italian style salad with mozzarella, fresh or tried tomatos, basil, ...
And precooked pasta after storing in the fridge for 24 h have resistant starch that is actually quite healthy for the microbiom.

sauna: legit health benefits or overhyped? ive been doing 3 sessions of 10-15 minutes a day. i enjoy it but curious to hear what the wisdom of the internet has to say

If someone has problems with the following, be careful with sauna recommendations

- acute illnesses such as flu or a cold
- vein diseases, such as varicose veins or vein inflammation (beware pregnat women or those with hormonal disbalances!)
- diseases of the liver and kidneys
- epilepsy
- after a stroke, heart attack

Generally older and young people like male and female (hormones!) work differently - often quite the opposite.

when I was your age one of my older siblings had a weaving loom too.
Fabrics can be so fascinating! 😍

Just around 1 week ago I was watching a 10 minute documentation on YT (https://tinyurl.com/37jfhrna) where a lady, that is actually a costume painter for ballet, theaters etc. transformed her dislike 4 plastic garbage bags into artful weavery to create beautiful more long lasting products.

When you mute the sound and activate/automate the subtitles "Deutsch >> English" you might be able to understand how she is utilizing this unusual material for her art.
