First learning with agentic teams that gpt-5.5 seems to give out of the box worst results than opus 4.7 for simply creating an AI team.

I mean this is step one, lets see how it performs later.

The core idea is, I have an AI assistant, that is only orchestrating, and selecting the correct AI team member for the work. I also have an HR and a Research person to research and to hire new people for jobs the team cannot yet do.

I wonder if there is an added benefit of openclaw over just using simple ai personas as subagents.

Sounds simpler, less things can brake, and can be migrated across claude, codex, opencode, etc...
