only advantage of nostr is its relay network. that is, some people running free servers to host notes without registration or other conditions.
other definition would be: a network of servers hosting unfiltered spam.
btw if you apply registration (auth....) or other conditions (blocklists), then its called mastodon.

Using an LLM to filter content and create topic-focused relays is a great idea. I’ve thought about having admins review posts before, but that’s obviously far too inefficient.
you mean creating opaque twitter algorithm on a server to censor content
