Nope, Blitz is primarily a Bitcoin project on the Spark network, but it also accepts Liquid and USDB.

I wouldn't call Spark a network. Lightning is a network, Spark is a protocol designed to be used over Lightning

Solves problems that lightning did not solbed by itself. Look at it as a Lightning extension

Looking into this—bitcoin rails for a stablecoin. Never got much into Spark but I guess it’s time to learn about it.
