Ok. I admit it. In parts I train lighter these days because with age comes wisdom and I don't need to add any injuries to the list. But one major contributor is also that you just can't squat really heavy and assure at the same time that your family doesn't wake up due to the noise when you're training in the basement 😁🏋‍♂️
