Today's fresh loaf of sourdough #bread from scratch. This time, I did about 10% whole wheat. What I found is even with just that much, the line between powdery dry and boggy swamp is very thin. It seems like finding that line and then adding a back little more flour has been more manageable.

Also thinking I might need to adjust bake time. Oven spring is good, but top got a little crispier than I was going for.

@nprofile1q... I understand it. I was new to the discord and was treated as someone who is new to Bazzite and as much as I didn't like feeling "splained" to, I didn't want to flaunt my credentials on the topic, either. I didn't appreciate a pile on when I expressed I was done with it.

That said, I very much understand that community Linux support is messy. I completely respect it for other distros to have other ideals than Fedora does and for those ideals to not fit my needs and that is perfectly OK.
