I wanted to like stainless steel pans but the clean up is just too much compared to my cast iron. Whenever someone gets grease stains on it, I've got to spend significant effort with vinegar or cooking wine and scrubbing. That's way more effort than the very occasional reseasoning of a cast iron pan or wok.

Ashley Padilla is easily one of the best SNL cast members they've ever had. I feel like she's singlehandedly made the show fresh and interesting again and she's so dang versatile. She's in the caliber of Kristin Wiig and Kate McKinnon and maybe even a little better.
