@nprofile1q... I am a Free Methodist, which is a registered peace church, though I wish we were as consistent about it as your church has been. Quakers were regularly cited by our church early on, particularly on issues of war, slavery, and women in ministry. (Methodists in general were historically pacifist, which was a major problem during the Revolutionary War, until they got popular in the 19th century. Free Methodists retained that earlier conviction.)

As I was trying to figure out how to do #Linux, I found others would ask the questions I asked before, so I could pass on what I just learned to them, and ended up sticking around more intentionally to help other users just as the community had helped me.
