This is some relatable content and stuff I've had to be intentional about this past year as part of improving my health and well-being. One of my therapeutic assignments was literally to go to the grocery store and order something from the deli counter because I needed to get into more intentional habits of social engagement since working primarily remotely, and that it's not just the deep, intimate conversations that are important but the regular small ones as well.

Not that I found it that useful, but I liked that the AI features on the Asus Zenfone stayed local to the device. On the pixel, I feel like it's a constant barrage of advertising to give Google more data and money for mainly cutesy features that shouldn't actually require AI to begin with.

Had my physical today and it was good to get some validation for all my efforts this year to be healthier. My weight and cholesterol are significantly down and my bloodwork numbers show a general reversal of the bad trends as well. Now comes the hard work of keeping it up.
