Cory, please loudly reject the malthusian CO2-compliance charade. We don't need bitcoin to be CO2 neutral because the whole "CO2 = bad weather" is BS. This will come back to bite us! i usually think it means Liquidity Service Provider. lightning is based on channels opened between nodes. nodes can only move bitcoin through the LN network based upon the amount of inbound liquidity and outbound liquidity they have.
