Don't dwell on the past; turn your attention to the future, even if the future is closely intertwined with the past.

If you're currently experiencing a low point, don't lose heart. As long as you keep trying... there are even tougher lows waiting for you in the future. You must regain your confidence: "The view from the bottom of the valley is something that those standing on the mountaintop can never see."

I'm not ready for the future yet, but what's there to prepare for? Who knows what the future holds? As long as you're alive, you own the future.
