Yeah so besides Nostr values as a protocol it doesn’t seem to differ much from legacy social media. A bunch of larp’ers trying to get their voices out like we need anymore of that nonsense.

Agree. Lots of people don't engage, they just doomscroll and consume. Which is why I believe promoting bloomscrolling of positive content could be a nice hook for Nostr.

It all depends on how badly you want to cold plunge. I have bad injury history so it helps with inflammation and wicked sore joints and pain. Not too much tho bc also need that natural inflammation to help recover and build more muscle/etc
