Previous bear markets, I was always very relaxed and ready to go to the bottom. But this bear market, I'm not busy with Bitcoin details, so it feels a bit harder to comprehend this and to stay cool.

That's the difference: if you are busy with Bitcoin every day and follow all the news, then you are relaxed. Now that I'm busy with other things, it gets a lot harder to stay sane.

I've already endured a lot of bear markets before, but this time I'm scared. Do you have any tips on how to cope with this? I don't want to be scared because I'm a fucking Bitcoiner, so I don't know what my problem is right now..
