Hab's mir gerade gegeben und hätte ehrlich gesagt schlimmeres erwartet.

Abgesehen vom reißerischen Titel und der nicht überraschenden Sachunkenntnis tatsächlich ganz spannend. Es wird nur halt mal wieder alles in einen Topf geworfen.

Dass Bitcoin der Hook ist, obwohl es eigentlich um was ganz anderes geht, ist natürlich dumm, aber leider einfach aufmerksamkeitsökonomisches Kalkül.

I would never do that 😄

One thing I actually dislike about parts of the community and especially smaller meetups is the high percentage of toxic maxis with extreme (political) views. It's like a fiat doomsday cult sometimes.

The people who I care about and who I'm carefully trying to orange-pill would be appalled and turn their backs on Bitcoin for good.

The question rather is: do we want to live in a world where individuals can amass this kind of (fiat) wealth, while millions are starving?

Let's stop idolizing people like Musk for their wealth, please. They are symptoms of a broken monetary system.
