I see so much OSB wood in new home builds now and I hear the arguments for OSB over plywood

But my experience says OSB is just fucken cardboard compared to plywood

Either the engineers promoting OSB are bought off or stupid

The only benefit I know is cost. And it’s not much of a savings maybe $1000 for a whole house
