Do you think the Coldcard physical mail phishing attack some weeks ago was conducted by the same attackers? Do you think you think it was a precursor to try to scare people to move funds on Coldcard to get information for brute force attacks?

Some of the stupid shit I've seen people saying in the panic is about on that level. Literally been seeing people to tell people "anything is better than a coldcard, even if you rolled your own entropy." FFS people, it's an RNG issue. My trust was misplaced, and that is my fault. For now, anything Coldcard (and I have spent 4 figures) is getting destroyed and my fund will reside on a reputable Exhange.
