Ways they always fuck up sequels. 1. Using only the same old jokes. No new (good) material. 2. No good storyline and just expecting the existence of old cast to carry the movie. 3. Making a cheap knock off with a fully new cast.

I don’t even hold my breath for decent sequels anymore. Just hope to be surprised.

There’s a line in The Mandibles about how there wasn’t any fat people after their currency went to crap. So at our current rate I guess this problem solves itself!

@Peter McCormack now that you’ve interviewed a significant number of people from both the left and right side of a lot of the issues with England (and beyond) have you been able to summarize each sides’ main concerns and where things are going wrong between them? One thing I’ve noticed from your interviews is that the left leaning side is more “vibes” oriented on politics. Once you start talking about monetary policy they don’t have as much to say. (Not knocking them or anything) but the root cause to a lot of the problems is the monetary policy, but for some reason they don’t want to think/learn about that and just want to focus on the symptoms (immigration, welfare, racism, etc.)
