We have code that tells the OS to show the prompt after every zap, we rely on the OS to remember and not spam our users, we had this code in the app since we implemented zaps, and this is the first report we are getting. Just rate it something and see if it will stop spamming you.

We can't decide how often the system prompts you to rate, it's up to the OS to show or not show this prompt.
