At a personal inbox level, yes block as many npubs as you want, and optionally don't be notified when/if they mention you. But @fiatjaf likely misspoke, when typing: "block them from mentioning".?
But, the bridge WAY TOO FAR is blocking comments in the note's comment thread, as other users see it. These users have the ability to create an individual block list for themselves.
Imagine if White House Gov or pharmacy companies had the ability to censor descent at this level. The easy next logical step is an approved repliers list. This would be safe and effective, after all.

And, who's to say a Fed wouldn't use the list and a gun to acquire Bitcoin on the cheap. Whether this be for personal or official needs doesn't matter. Feds aren't paid exceedingly well and the economy is not good for any worker bee.

Ughh.. why always with Passkey... What's wrong with simple WebAuthn?! It's the tech underlying Passkeys after all. It gives more flexibility to users, avoids walled garden "convenience" ecosystems, and the implementation is VERY similar.

There is NO DEVICE you should EVER trust to supply you entropy. Unless you can read and clearly understand exactly what that code is doing. And you've made damn sure the device in your hand is also fully traceable; with open schematics. I won't get into the obvious supply chain attack vectors; plastic bags aside.
I don't have time for this level of verification; outside of work hours. Nobody stacking sats, while spending time with family, and working in their careers do.
Your critical keys (seeds) must be fully derived and verifiable as truly random, from inside meat-space. No devices in the room either. Zero talking.
Don't trust. Always verify firstly.
PS: @SeedSigner deserves some attention and love. They also freely give 3D print files for 2048 word pills, named: Entropia. SeedSigner (and CryptoCloaks?) can also sell you a high quality, verifiable, 3D printed Entropia word set.
