A great analysis. @Michael Saylor is 100% correct that all companies should buy bitcoin, but @Danny Knowles focussing on zombie companies buying bitcoin is the right question. Clearly the answer is that “your capital is at risk” and DYOR.

Its a lot better for you. I need to de Google as YouTube is the one last thing I know is a net negative. But I know its going to take significantly more effort.
I am degoogled, no gmail and use brave browser and search. YouTube is a difficult beast to control. But at least when you use YouTube on Brave there are not adds all the time.
