Are there people who are versed in EU legislation and can tell me more about PPWR and what that'll imply for, let's say, EU based crowdfunding campaigns for physical products?

Right now, I understand this as "EU entitites who aren't at least doing about at least 100k to a million in sales per year cannot feasibly sell EU-wide outside their home country anymore" which would be...

...bonkers.

I'm not usually posting here with my work-related hat on, but today is an exception:

There's this project I'm working on, which aims to make personal health data accessible and useable for all european citizens, as part of the MyHealth@EU initiative.

And because I'm a product person, I'm asking people what their needs are. So, I'd be very happy and grateful if you could take about 2 to 5 minutes of your time and answer this survey here: https://survey.charite.de/myhmyh/

It's completely anonymous, we don't ask any identifiable data from you, and the results will help us make a better thing.

Of course, reposting and spreading this far and wide is completely fine and appreciated! #fedihelp #health #europe #followerpower #science

I'm looking for a super simple (ideally open source / self hosted) ticket/contact management system. What it needs to be able to do is

receive random emails at 1-n email addresses (think "info", "sales", "support", etc) from ideally separate POP/IMAP servers
match those emails to the correct queue / team
forward that email to the correct team
team members can simply answer to that forwarded email to answer to the original sender
the original sender can again answer and that gets routed accordingly
the system keeps track of which incoming email got an answer etc.
there's a simple web interface to monitor the queues and keep track of what is an open conversation, what is done, etc.

What is NOT needed and can safely be omitted and ideally also hidden from the interface of present are things like

SLAs
priorities
knowledge base
asset management
and anything else corporate-y

Canned answers might be a boon, but not stricly needed.

Any suggestions? Bonus points if it runs on a LAMP stack, extra bonus if it is available in german language. #fedihelp

this project has the WORST project management system: I get meeting invite emails that have a download link for the meeting invitation - which is a PDF.

That contains a link to a Teams Meeting. FFS

Some #3DPrinting #TTRPG #miniaturepainting pro-tip:

If you botch the paintjob, you can always print another of the same model. Even for larger dragons, that's often less than a fancy coffee drink, instead of the gazillion dollarinos for a Games Workshop miniature.

So, go for it. Slap paint on that gray resin and enjoy the process!
