I ttly get the struggle with meds, I've had very little success overall with using prescription stuff and would rather go cold turkey after the stuff I've dealt w but weed helps a lot with self regulating. Tho idk if you live somewhere you have access to it, just thought I'd share. And u know if u don't dig the high u can just micro dose to get the benefits without the high

@nprofile1q... stimulants like Ritalin & Adderall treat ADHD and worked well for me for a long time, tho as soon as my bipolar emerged my meds stopped working and really stunted me with how inward thinking and anxious it made me. Turns out stimulants aggravate bipolar, there are non stimulant versions of ADHD meds but I haven't had the luxury to try them. Instead I like to take cannabis, sativa is a stimulant but I can't handle it pure so I prefer to toe the line with a sativa dom hybrid.

It's so frustrating to have friends ur not sure how they'd react to the themes in ur work. Even if they're chill w nsfw that doesn't mean they won't draw the line somewhere.
