Do you know any wallets that have already implemented this flow? I checked Misty Breez and it doesn’t have it. I tried using the Cash App deep link in Safari on iOS and it didn’t deep link into the app.

Why does my Breez wallet keep giving me a ‘no route’ prompt with certain addresses? It reads the invoice and all but it won’t work.

For the latest Shoot the Breez, we sat down with @Matteo Pellegrini, CEO of @Club Orange, the world's largest bitcoin-only social network, to talk about going non-custodial and the Bitcoin community he's building.

Club Orange started custodial out of necessity. Matteo had thousands of paying members who'd never made a Lightning transaction. Teaching them all to set up their own wallet wasn't practical, and it wasn't going to scale.

So he built a wallet inside the app.

5 million transactions later, that wallet had proven the demand. But Matteo always knew custodial wasn't the destination. Then he met @Roy at a Bitcoin conference in El Salvador. One hour later, the path to non-custodial was set.

• For Club Orange's users → They keep the simplicity. Now they also keep their keys, and can take their balance anywhere.

• For Club Orange's developers → The integration took less than two weeks. No channels, no liquidity, no infrastructure headaches.

The Breez SDK handles everything, so Matteo's team can focus on what actually matters: helping bitcoiners find each other, find merchants, and use bitcoin in real life.

Because for Matteo, the bigger picture is bitcoin adoption, and that means bitcoin as a medium of exchange: local communities meeting up around the world, thousands of merchants on the map, people spending sats where they live.
