First off, I would try restarting your phone and see if that has any effect. Beyond that you can check the LND Logs under Menu > Embeded node > LND Logs for further insights. Feel free to send them our way.

how did you loose funds? yes, we send emails when your lightning node is not reachable to receive payments. we do this to warn you that you can’t receive and you can unsubscribe if it’s not helpful. but let’s check that your alby hub runs. where do you run it?
