Defense was definitely great. I just watched a podcast where they said Sam Darnold had a QBR of 40 last season. That’s insane. No lie
He was pretty good in the playoffs. I think Kubiak did an amazing job protecting him with a great run game and it doesn’t hurt to have JSN around to lean on.

Few thoughts about the Odyssey which I haven't seen though I might at some point, probably on an airplane:
1. Don't cry about who is cast as whom or "cultural appropriation." It's a work of art, Nola...
My issue is we don’t know if casting decisions were made for artistic reasons (cool) or for social status (lame) or social pressure (really lame).

Pumpkin SaM is a great market for Predyx
I don’t know that he is a pumpkin but he will have to carry more of the load without Walker and a new OC who has never called plays. I expect the D will still be really good but the league had a whole offseason to scheme for them so there is probably a bit of regression there too.

Sam Darnold sucks😂 no chance of anything real this season. Lost key players on both sides. & starting safety is currently on PUP list.
They were the least injured team in the league last season. Injury luck is not replicable but I do think the Emmanwori thing probably isn’t a big deal. They haven’t announced anything major and guys on PUP can come off anytime before the cut down.

Nope. I am on NO on the seagulls. I think they have a good team but they struck lightning in a bottle last year. It’s very difficult to repeat. I don’t see it.
The last 5 QBs to repeat as SB champ were Mahomes, Brady, Elway, Aikman, Montana. If you are betting Sam Darnold will be in this class I have a bridge to sell you.
