Started 2026 early November 15th to be carnivore until 1/15 and then do blood work to prove to family it s a good diet for me. Will extend to 1/30 to get target weight from 175 to 158. Six pounds to go! Much respect, Brian. I have tried this multiple times and have hit 7 days before I call it quits. I did like it, but it got hard with large family and I didn’t mix things up much. Just stuck with same foods and got tired of it. Again, well done and I do think it’s a beneficial lifestyle.
