human nature is likely to take precedence, so I expect we'll call it one overarching "place", atm that's nostr, and it'll probably stick. Otherwise the largest client/app might "claim" the name, with all lesser clients still existing.

Absolutely, yes, but say this feed becomes mainstream will everyone just say "I'm on nostr"? is this the OG nostr? and everything else will be "on nostr"? or will it be something completely different?
