As someone that’s a child of migrant parents that moved thousands of miles for a better life from the one they had in farmland Mexico one thing I discovered as I grew up in the US and went to school for finance is that their life wasn’t really bad, they had better food, family, and community. Their issues was the monetary system they had to deal with in an unstable, single party political system which they had to transact on.

Bitcoin is our global migration from a system that usurps our capital (social, physical, et al) for the gain of a few people.

With the whole Epstein thing, my wife has been saying “why would I pay taxes to these people” and “I don’t want to shop at ‘x’ store because what if they are tied to Epstein” she is someone we would consider a “normie” she is starting to see it, I think more have

Inflation is also a part but it moves so slow that hardly anyone thinks about it unless it’s a situation like we had during Covid

The reason for Bitcoin's success is that it is a great savings vehicle. It has so little competition in that regard that every other use case is a rounding error. I know people don't like hearing that...

YUP. I’m starting a little experiment with my biz to prove this by stacking sats as the main savings vehicle for it.

I deal with pool chem/products that have inflated so much since Covid that it ended up making the dollar savings future purchasing power feel useless when I needed new material/truck repairs

More of this in 2026. I get called a Trumpy when I call out Dems I voted for, for not doing shit, or overreaching. Like you guys, you’re suppose to hold EVERY politician accountable and not just your opponents

One of the things I miss about the pre-Trump alignment of bitcoiners is that they were actually against big government. Now we have a huge cohort of bootlickers that don’t understand the ethos of what bitcoin is really about.
