A note on MiCA and your Bringin account

As of today, the EU-wide MiCA transitional period has come to a close.

First, the most important part: your Bitcoin is self-custodial. Bringin doesn't hold your BTC on your behalf, however, the exchange tools are built on partners who are MiCA-compliant CASP and vIBANs are issued by EMI (Election Money Institute) license holders.

We've built our compliance posture with this transition in mind rather than reacting to it.
