No, what I'm saying is that if a corpo gives you millions of dollars to make a game, it should not be considered indie.

Darkwood was more or less the same, from the interviews i watched. 3 ppl working on a game will not cost millions...

Which is why i think it's unfair to put these games in the same competition as those who are given millions by corpos. It fucks their advertising and competition.

Darkwood's budget was 60k with a team of 3. Darkest Dungeon was 300k, with a team of around 10 ppl. Both funded through kickstarter (and their own pockets).

If you think helldivers 2 or expedition 33 are indie games, then yeah it will cost millions.

Publishers will give out millions, breathe down the neck of devs, and still call the game indie for the gullible masses.

Recientemente me an baneado de otra. La unica opcion que tengo es subscribestar, y a ellos ya se le metio los payment processors. Es mas, estan cobrando mas por procesar pagos.

Hay otras opciones pero ya me estoy cansando.

Indie is supposed to mean independent. If you receive millions of dollars, you're no longer independent imo. I think it's very unfair for small teams who don't receive millions to compete in the same category as those who do.

i'm talking about indie in general, games, animations, movies, etc.
