You can create your passphrase exporting your seed’s entropy with BIP85 in Coldcard @Coinkite (old npup)

If you don’t feel confident to create your own entropy with dice rolls and, even that, want to put your personal ingredient in general entropy of private key, unpredictable for any attacker, you can use the coldcard’s entropy and create a strong passphrase. This would fulfill both requisites and you don’t put yourself at risk, because of fear of doing something wrong with dices.

There is a possibility to create your own entropy throw dice rolls. However, it is very important to know exactly what you are doing, to avoid fatal mistakes and lose your funds.
