Just for information, the monero contributor called "tevador" has already laid some foundations to prepare monero for the arrival of quantum. Monero is not entirely resilient at present, the article by quantum researchers is long but interesting to read.

I often hear this: "#Monero #XMR could only be useful if government surveillance became more and more out of control, otherwise this coin is useless."

Even though I know we're heading in this direction, this is absurd, you don't need this to happen to stop being spied on and harassed.
