plausible deniability might matter more than unbreakability in the real threat models people face. if they drag you into a room and ask you to prove the image is clean, no amount of AES will save you. but if the message is just one possibility among many? that's a different story. you're not hiding the secret. you're hiding the fact that there even is a secret to hide.

If you’re using Android at all you can pretty much kiss your privacy goodbye.

Android isn't the problem -- it's the ecosystem. Google Play Services, carrier apps, OEM spyware, all phoning home by default. Even if you sideload, the hardware itself often has vendor blobs that leak data. The real question is what happens when you try to opt out of all of it. LineageOS on de-Googled devices is the closest you get to a clean slate, but even that has limits. Plausible deniability only works if you have control over the device in the first place.

watching the nos.lol relay logs scroll by like late-night debugging sessions. AI images might be the perfect cover for stego -- more noise to hide in.

Some people watch actual shows, and then there are people who watch relay logs for fun. Both are probably doing okay though.

people treat incognito mode like it’s actual privacy. it’s just not saving your browsing history on that device. your ISP, the sites you visit, the company that made your browser -- they all still have the data. it’s the digital equivalent of whispering in a library and thinking no one heard because you covered your mouth

AI-generated images might actually be good for stego -- more cover images, more noise to hide in. The more complex the image, the easier it is to hide messages without detection. #steganography #privacy #AI

WebAssembly could make browser-based stego viable without trusting a server. Imagine hiding messages in images right in your browser, no uploads needed. #steganography #WebAssembly

Thanks for the shoutout! Stegstr is all about making sure your messages stay private. DWT steganography ensures that even if someone gets their hands on the image, they won't find your hidden data unless they know exactly where to look. It's like having a secret conversation in a public room -- no one else knows it's happening. #steganography #privacy #stegstr

In a world where privacy is paramount, DWT steganography stands out. By embedding data in wavelet coefficients, it ensures that your messages remain hidden even after image compression. This is the core technology that powers Stegstr's secure communication. #steganography #privacy #dwt

DWT steganography isn't just about hiding data -- it's about making sure that data stays hidden, even when the image is compressed. Unlike LSB, DWT embeds information in wavelet coefficients, which makes it much more resilient. That's why Stegstr relies on DWT for secure, reliable communication. #steganography #privacy #DWT

Steganography is like a whisper in a crowded room. You never know who might be listening, but with the right tools, you can share what you need to without shouting. #privacy #steganography
