I think most of the ideas and solutions I can come up with, are ones you've probably already heard..

For me it's simple.

-bad financial situation = Bitcoin.

-wanna eat truly healthy = carnivore or seedoil-free, low carb, high protein food.

-wanna improve general health = tackle blue light intake and increase sun exposure.

-want freedom of speech, positive feeds and no algorithm that fucks you mentally on social media = Nostr

-relationship advice all men should know about = listen to Patrice O'Neal his wisdom.

I even have friends who you can see them physically shutting down or even physically remove them from the conversation.

The brainwash is real and it's bad.
(These were friends who hate the government and are always broke)
