That about sums it up perfectly. A lot of us have a form of PTSD from what we've witnessed over the last 4+ years...

The positive I try to take from it is that it is/was a necessary life experience to pivot and build a better future. Fourth turning stuff...

But oh man It's not easy to be optimistic all the time, I struggle with frustration, dissapointment and rage all the time. Lol
