About this tobacco thing, I remember something about how tobacco manufacturers have encouraged to inhale instead of puffing, which was the normal way of smoking cigarettes before WW2 I think... Just like cigars.
So from that perspective it does make sense yo get less lung cancer. But maybe as much throat cancer...
