About a 2 months ago a cop was shot at the other local DMV jumping in front of a DMV employee... Now all the traffic is going to this one spot.
The guy told me sitting in line for 3 hours was a small price to pay, after all, an officer was shot...
So me holding my urine for 3 hours somehow justifies that?

After waiting in line for nearly 3 hours, nearly running out of gas, and nearly urinating on the seats, the inspector failed me due to the front window tint... Even though more than half the cars in my ghetto area have limo tint all the way around.
