One of my big fears is wondering what LED lights are doing to our brains. Maybe they are causing our brains to be overloaded and when we get old we are getting all these bad brain maladies.

I'm all about red light therapy etc. I just don't want to look like a gummy bear while doing it.
Some of those masks aint cheap. They can go almost to $1k
