Wow, big up Slovakia!! We don’t get the honour of meeting so many Slovakians on here. Welcome welcome. I am travelling to England soon, I could get a delivery out from there rather than Colombia which should dramatically reduce costs. Check out our website and if anything tickles your liking sen...

Part 3: Recovery, Inflammation, and the Long Game The hardest part of athletic progress isn’t the training — it’s the recovery. This is where 100% cacao truly shines. Intense exercise create...

I read about Pogacar sour cherry drink, which he drank last season after the TDF. That's why I'm also trying to grow chokeberry, which is the most similar to it. According to my findings, it should work exactly like you write about cocoa. I found out about these things because I often exercise in the evening due to work and after intensive training I have a problem with high stress and poor sleep. I tried chokeberry here, but I can't say that I had clear results yet. What I read is that it helps reduce inflammation in the muscles - but on the other hand, that inflammation is necessary for adaptation.

Where are you based? Maybe we can get you some of our cacao to test out in your exercise regime and sleep pattern?

Thanks to everyone for the satoshis you've sent me over the last few days — it's really made me happy!

I always told myself that I'd only earn my first satoshis when I grow my first fruits and sell them. I've always been fascinated by people who grow something nice and then share it with their friends — I just didn't like that they wanted euros for it and not bitcoin 😄

So I decided: I'm going to do it right. I'm going to earn my first bitcoins from my garden — and I want to share this journey with you.

So far, it's mostly about learning, but what surprised me — I'm really enjoying it. And that you'll support me in this before even the first tomato grows... I didn't expect that. 🍅

Thank you! 🙏

There's also a toilet that incinerates waste instead of connecting to the sewer.

It's surprisingly pleasant for what it is. He used lots of repurposed wood in the building construction so it feels nice & natural. Being locked inside a little metal or plastic box isn't nice.

This toilet is also called a separating or urine-diverting toilet. It means that urine is collected in one separate container and solid waste in another. The reason ordinary toilets smell is that these two components mix together, triggering a fermentation process that releases gases. To achieve natural separation during use, this toilet is fitted with a specially shaped bowl. Urine can be safely poured out into nature as it is not harmful, and when diluted at a 1:10 ratio it can be used directly as a fertiliser. Solid waste is collected in an eco-friendly bag that is biodegradable, and after each use it is covered with sawdust or spent coffee grounds from the coffee machine. This allows the waste to dry out, which eliminates odour. Once the bag contains enough material, it can be added to a compost bin. Composting for a period of 2 years is recommended. It is important that the compost works properly and that the contents reach a temperature of approximately 60 °C for several days. My compost works excellently this way – I will share more updates on that. The bag can of course also simply be thrown in with regular household waste. Check my older posts to see photos, including the toilet in its disassembled state. I will add some notes from practical use over time.

Goodbye chemical toilet, hello independence!

Switching to a #composting toilet is not just about ecology - it's a smart upgrade for anyone who is solving #offgrid self-sufficiency.

End of infrastructure dependence!
No blue chemistry, no searching for sinks. You use the liquid component after dilution as a nitrogen fertilizer, the solid component dries and turns into #compost

The magic of #separation !
The smell does not come from the feces themselves, but from their mixing - an ammonia reaction and rotting are triggered. A simple mechanical separator eliminates this without chemicals.

12V microfan!
Power consumption below 1.5 W, permanent negative pressure in the container. It sucks up moisture, dries the substrate (coconut fiber / sawdust) → zero odor indoors.

Water consumption: 0 liters!
Using drinking water to transport waste is a waste of resources in an offgrid environment.

In any environment. This is the single biggest open loop in human ecology.

Wish they could do this at scale for residential developments.

I'm going for it! I've decided to build a #trobolo #composting toilet. My goal is to have a zero-waste garden and process everything myself. Nature doesn't owe us anything, so I'm honestly giving it back.
