I'm thinking of making a cheese pie like my father did.
Normally it's a special end of the month dish we served at the restaurant because it was a method to recycle all the wasted cheese people didn't eat.
So it was a mix of various cheese and it never tasted the same, but I'm wondering if adding mushrooms would also be good.
What kind tho ?
For some reason the first mushroom to come in mind to try this was the black Cantonese mushroom, then paris mushroom.
