I’ve been running an Airbnb in north wales for 3 years now, here’s some advice for anyone thinking of doing the same… 🧵

I wouldn’t mind dealing with moronic Airbnb guests if there was any profit for the endless hours that going into running the fucking thing.

Just had some guests in my Airbnb, they gave us a 5 star review and said they had a great time and loved the house. They added a private note that some of the cutlery was dirty and a few other minor issues. I apologised and explained it’s difficult to check everything on a tight changeover. Now they’re asking for a partial refund… what?!

Trying to get this one to poop outside is going to take longer than I thought!
