It’s a beautiful app! (Dark Wisp) One feature I’d really love to see is automatic translation of posts into each user’s preferred language. That would make conversations much more accessible and help connect people from all over the world.

It would also be great if notifications could be delivered through Sunup using UnifiedPush support. That would be a fantastic addition, especially for users who prefer a Google-free setup.

Thanks for all the great work!

UnifiedPush, another facade. Google and Apple still control the keys.

It would be great if Sunup could be added as an option for push notifications. I think many users would appreciate having the ability to receive Minibits Wallet notifications through Sunup. It would be a really useful addition. Thanks for considering it!

Fair point 👍
That’s why I still see the USD side more as a practical spending/stability tool, not a replacement for holding actual BTC long term.

But giving people an easy bridge between Lightning, BTC and stable value inside one clean wallet is still a massive step for adoption ⚡

Blitz Wallet is absolutely awesome.

I really love how smooth and simple it feels, while still giving me powerful features like Lightning, Bitcoin, USD support and self-custody.

The USD feature is a huge plus for everyday use, especially when you want a stable balance without leaving the wallet. And what I really appreciate: it works great even without Google services, which is perfect for privacy-focused Android setups like GrapheneOS.

Fast, clean, practical and privacy-friendly.

Big respect to the Blitz team — you can feel that this wallet is built with real Bitcoin users in mind.

Zapped with pleasure ⚡

Blitz Wallet's self-custody is a good start, but true sovereignty requires open-source auditability and reproducible builds.

Absolutely fair point.

I don’t think it has to replace Google push for everyone. For most normal users, Google push is probably the most reliable and battery-friendly option.

But having an alternative path would still be huge for people on de-googled devices, GrapheneOS, or setups without Play Services.

Even if it starts as an optional/experimental feature, I think that alone would make MiniBits even stronger. Choice is the key here.
Reliable Google push for most users, and a no-Google option for the ones who really need it.
