Found a nest of baby rats in a tote on the porch. Mom bolted when we opened it, so I cleaned out another tote, added some hay, cut a little entrance, and carefully moved the nest about 10–15 feet aw...
There are also some crazies in Oakland that feed them in neighborhoods where they are destructive. They enrage the neighbors.
