Iran now has enormous leverage, anytime Israel attacks something in Lebanon they can threaten to quit the negotiations while they know that Trump is not willing to restart the war. So any threat from Trump will be meaningless/can be ignored.

It's quite predictable Trump will sign something with Iran before markets open on Monday. Whether it means anything is doubtful. Stocks will rise, oil prices will fall however, at least for a few days...

It is clear Trump is totally not interested in helping to put the war between Russia and Ukraine to an end, he is totally distracted by his self-created war with Iran. Where he is also clearly not in control. He lets Israël basically decide that the fighting should continue.
