Block numbers and their hashes are the same as the real Bitcoin network. Order of ticket numbers is sorted according to users' npubs, so it's always the same ticket numbers (assuming hash rate is constant). It doesn't actually matter what the order of ticket numbers is, because the real block hash is used to determine the winner.

Any device or software with a recovery mode or password reset etc. by default has root access (i.e. full access) to your account/keys. The price you pay for convenience and outsourcing responsibility.
