This with some other post about claude code today makes me think the AI is not that deflationary as I though. Soon they will need to pay off those investors so if you want to use AI you will have to pay few times what it costs now.. Especially bcs there will be only few who will pay for the convenience of tools like Comet etc, most of us can live without it

Once my free sub from bank expired I still use a free version as a replacement of google. Better to be logged in with some fake email than be profiled. Perfectly fine for everyday simple usage unless you need some extended researching

Of course the agent can open such "app" fpr you or build on the fly, but isn't siri already opening things up? And for building, would you get exactly the same app or the AI doesnt work that way

Not necessarily. Imagine doing some flashcards review or news scrolling while waiting in line surrounded by people. Would you rather swipe and click in visual app or talk out loud or type on chat window having just one hand free?
