That's where they sleep all night for 2 nights. You don't sleep, though, because you figure the kid has died or something, so you wake up to check every 10 minutes. The third or fourth night, you actually figure the nightmare is over, and you sleep like you've never slept before. Then the fifth or sixth night, you start telling people how FINALLY this baby is sleeping through the night. About a day or two after that, the child screams in the middle of the night and never stops. Ever. The end.
