I don’t take my phone with me when I go out for a run or walk. And when going to the supermarket, I often leave my phone in the car.

If it feels weird, and if you’re old enough, it helps to try and remember what it was like in old days before smartphones or any cell phones.

I agree. This phenomenon is both sad and scary. And it affects all age groups too. When I’m outside making similar observations as the man in the video, I see people of all ages on their phones, from toddlers to the elderly.
