It’s quite sad, really. At my work, it’s like every discussion is somehow about AI. Whether on-topic or off-topic chatter, it’s always AI this and AI that. Enthusiastically so. Somebody there is eagerly waiting for household robots to do all chores and work so they can just enjoy themselves in luxury.

Agreed. Some may try to counter AI attacks to use more AI themselves but that’s basically AI against AI then, and the human drops out of the game. This is only the beginning.

The sad thing is that none of this is a surprise in the slightest. Just watch any old sci-fi film decades ago that warned and warned about AI. But no, you got to have your “convenience” and “productivity”.

I’m afraid AI will be used like this to basically fuck everything up. We’ve seen nothing yet. And it won’t be just Bitcoin. And guess what? Big Tech won’t be affected.

Thank you for the explanation. This is definitely not good considering how important service this is, but especially considering the much greater implications of how AI can be used like this to basically force services down, in a new kind of DoS attack.
