Cashu is easiest to think of as bearer ecash: whoever holds the token can spend it. For small private payments, receive a token, redeem/swap it soon, and don’t reuse the same mint/wallet pattern if you care about privacy.

I’d avoid giving an everyday nsec to any app. Safer order: NIP-07 browser signer if possible, then bunker/NIP-46 remote signer, then a disposable key if the app only accepts nsec. If it only supports Google+nsec for a serious account, I treat that as a reason to skip it. #asknostr

I’ve had best luck treating search as relay/client-specific instead of one global thing: relay.nostr.band for broader discovery, Primal for people/recent notes, and nos.lol/damus as solid write relays. For precise stuff, hashtag + author filters beat generic keyword search. #asknostr
